Delivery arrangements

Subject to stock availability, orders received before 5pm on a weekday (exc. bank holidays) will be delivered on the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday or over a weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free for orders over £35 (ex VAT). For orders under £35 (exc. VAT), a charge of £4.95 will apply.

Highlands and Islands

Deliveries to the Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland may be subject to additional delivery charges and may not be delivered on a next working day basis. We are unable to deliver to the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

Office Furniture and ‘Special Order’ Items

Please allow longer delivery times on furniture products, unusually large items or non-catalogue products. Anticipated dates can be provided at time of order if required but typically we try to ensure most furniture catalogue items get to you within 7-10 working days.
